Return & Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Additionally, for items that are tagged, they must be returned with tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us through Email support@lacensport.com or Whatsapp +6282288212215 If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically exchange the items and send them back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sports bras. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Returns
We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges that can be reviewed under the Exchanges section.

 

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any items, which means that should the exchanged item be of lesser value than the original item purchased, no refunds can be given.
